Russia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which also includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Since 2017, the EAEU has been developing a common REACH-like regulatory framework, the Technical Regulation on Safety of Chemical Products TR 041, also referred to as Eurasia REACH.
