Manufacturers and importers must be compliant with the New CLP hazard classification if the hazardous substances fall under the scope. Hazard classification, label and SDS need to be revised accordingly.

Manufacturers and importers must be compliant with the New CLP hazard classification if the hazardous mixtures fall under the scope. Hazard classification, label and SDS need to be revised accordingly.

 

Manufacturers and importers must submit a Classification and Labelling (C&L) notification for the product (placed before 15 November 2024).

In compliance with GHS, Ukrainian manufacturers and importers must apply GHS Rev.7 from 1 July 2028 (for already placed products before 1 January 2027). Accordingly, hazard classification, label and SDS must be in place.
