OSHA-HCS / GHS at Workplace (Substances)

In compliance with GHS, employers must apply GHS Rev.7 at workplace for Substances from 20 November 2026. Accordingly, hazard classification, label and SDS must be in place.

In compliance with GHS, employers must apply GHS Rev.7 at workplace for Mixtures from 19 May 2028. Accordingly, hazard classification, label and SDS must be in place.

In compliance with OSHA-HCS, manufacturers and importers must apply GHS Rev.7 for Mixtures from 19 November 2027. Accordingly, hazard classification, label and SDS must be in place.
