For an MSDS newly prepared, a person who intends to manufacture or import classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS prior to manufacturing or import. 

Registration of Existing Chemicals manufactured or imported 1-10 tons/year

Registration deadline for phase-in substances between 1 and 10 tonnes per year. 

Registration of Existing Chemicals manufactured or imported 10-100 tons/year

Registration deadline for phase-in substances between 10 and 100 tonnes per year. Late pre-registration is possible.
