Ukraine is in the process of establishing a comprehensive chemical inventory system as part of its efforts to align with European Union regulations and enhance chemical safety management. This initiative is encapsulated in the “Technical Regulation on the Safety of Chemical Products”, commonly referred Ukraine REACH or UA REACH.
