Background
This is the second extension of the UK REACH transitional registration deadlines. The original deadlines of 27 October 2023, 27 October 2025 and 27 October 2027 were first postponed by three years in 2023. The latest amendment provides a further three-year extension while the government continues work on the Alternative Transitional Registration model (ATRm).
