Vietnam: NCI nomination / Inventory Notification

Companies manufacturing or importing Priority Existing Chemical (PEC) in quantities above 1 TPA and have received the Phase One Registration Number after January 1, 2020, must submit Standard Registration within 5 years, counting from January 1 of the year following the date the number was obtained.

For example, if a substance is registered as a Priority Existing Chemical (PEC) with an annual quantity above 1 ton on February 1, 2021, the Standard Registration deadline
