KKDIK Registration Fees chemical notification/registration

The Revolving Fund Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change has officially published the KKDIK joint registration fees applicable for 2026. While the overall fee structure remains consistent with previous years, the updated tariff reflects revised amounts in both Euro and Turkish Lira, primarily influenced by inflationary adjustments and exchange-rate considerations.

As under the KKDIK regulation, registration fees continue to be determined based on company size, annual tonnage band, and submission type. Joint registration remains a central pillar of the system and continues to offer significant financial advantages, particularly for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Key Points to Note for 2026

  • SMEs participating in joint registration within the 1–10 tpa band will benefit from fees starting as low as €6 / 326 TL, reinforcing the accessibility of compliance for smaller operators.

  • Large enterprises registering substances in the 1000+ tpa band may incur fees of up to €1,545 / 77,665 TL, highlighting the importance of strategic planning for high-volume registrations.

  • Joint submission remains the most cost-effective approach, enabling registrants to share data and reduce overall regulatory costs.
