Companies need to submit notification for substances of non-industrial use before 9 February 2025.
For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. For 1-10 tpa, it is by 16 January 2025.
Companies manufacturing/importing Priority Existing Chemical (PEC) in a quantity above 1 TPA need to submit Standard Registration before December 31, 2024 (if the Phase One Registration Number was received before December 31, 2019)
Registration deadline for phase-in substances between 100 and 1000 tonnes per year. Late pre-registration is possible.
Registration of Existing Chemicals manufactured or imported 100-1,000 tons/year

The information that must be submitted to the PCN includes, among other things: contact details of the importer or downstream user, trade name(s) of the mixture, packaging type and size product category, unique formula identifier, hazard information…
The Pre-Registration deadline was the end of 2020. However, the Ministry accepts late Pre-Registration until 31 December, 2023.
Post-DUIN Registration deadline for substances above 1000 tonnes per year, as well as CMR substances (1 tonne or more per year), substances very toxic to aquatic organisms (100 tonnes or more per year) and candidate list substances (as at 31 December 2020.)
