The Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Substance Inventory lists existing chemical substances that are manufactured or processed in the United States [182]. The inventory is maintained and updated by the Environmental Protections Agency (EPA) as required under Section 8 (b) of the TSCA.
