Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to drive our digital content strategy across multiple channels. This role combines technical SEO expertise with creative content creation, focusing on building our presence in the chemical regulatory space through strategic content marketing and social media management. 

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Content Optimization 

    • SEO Expert & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/AI SEO) 
    • Implement advanced SEO strategies for chemical regulatory content 
    • Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search results 
    • Conduct keyword research specific to industry (chemical compliance, REACH regulations, and regulatory consulting) 
    • Monitor and improve organic search rankings 

Content Strategy & Calendar Management 

    • Create & Manage Content Calendars 
    • Develop comprehensive monthly/quarterly/yearly content calendars aligned with service offerings and industry events 
    • Coordinate content across webinars/events, email campaigns, and social media channels 
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints 

    Multi-Channel Content Creation & Publishing 

    • Content Creation Across Formats & Channels 
      • Create engaging short-form content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms 
      • Develop long-form content including blog posts, PR, and technical articles 
      • Develop content for websites, landing pages, case studies, brochures, event materials etc. 

     

    • AI-Powered Content Creation 
      • Leverage AI tools for content creation, and optimization 
      • Combine AI-generated content with human expertise for maximum impact 
      • Ensure all AI-assisted content maintains technical accuracy for regulatory topics 

    • Social Media & Community Management 

      • Take Ownership of Content Channels 
        • Manage our LinkedIn presence  
        • Own social media channels and community engagement 
        • Build and nurture online communities around chemical industry 

      • Social Media Strategy & Execution 
        • Monitor social media metrics and optimize content based on engagement data 

        • Content Performance Optimization 

        - Track and analyze content performance across all channels 

        - A/B test different content formats and messaging approaches 

        - Optimize content regularly based on performance metrics and industry trends 

        Required Qualifications:

        Technical Skills 

          SEO & Digital Marketing 

            • 2+ years of experience in SEO (on-page & off-page) and content marketing 
            • 1+ years of social media management experience, preferably B2B & LinkedIn 
            • Working knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) / AI SEO 

            • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, SEOptimer, Search Console etc.) 

            Content Creation 

              • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex technical topics 
              • Experience with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, etc.) 
              • Content creation experience for marketing materials 
              • Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social etc.) 


                Industry Knowledge 

                Preferred Background (Not mandatory) 

                  • Understanding of chemical industry, regulatory compliance, or B2B technical services 
                  • Familiarity with chemical regulations (REACH, GHS, SDS) is a plus 
                  • Experience in creating content for technical or scientific audiences 

                  • Knowledge of chemical manufacturing and export processes preferred
