First registration deadline for phase-in substances (for above 1000 tonnes per year and CMR substance). Late pre-registration is possible.
For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. If a person manufactures or imports more than 1000 tons per year(tpa), an MSDS should be submitted by 16 January 2022.
