Project Manager

Role Title : Project Manager
Reports to Role (Title) : Project Manager
Location : Nagpur
Scope :

Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk assessments.
  • Execution and Monitoring:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
    • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership:
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
    • Foster collaboration and clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team performance aligns with project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Manage expectations and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that project outcomes meet the defined quality standards and objectives.
    • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to maintain high performance and compliance.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned, for future reference.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5years of proven experience in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Other Requirements: Knowledge of REACH regulation, SDS, regulatory compliance, etc.
