Lead & execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies for our brands. Drive lead nurturing & customer engagement through sophisticated automation workflows and data-driven email marketing.

Lead & execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies for our brands. Drive lead nurturing & customer engagement through sophisticated automation workflows and data-driven email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Planning & Execution: 

    • Develop comprehensive email marketing campaign plans aligned with business objectives 
    • Create and execute multi-touch email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing 
    • Design email sequences for different buyer journey stages and customer segments 
    • Manage email calendars across 5-6 simultaneous brands, manage newsletters
    • A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and campaign elements 
    • Build email templates & landing pages 
    • Create emails content using AI

    Marketing Automation & Workflows: 

      • Build and optimize complex automation workflows in HubSpot and other platforms 
      • Create behavioral trigger campaigns 
      • Set up drip campaigns, welcome series, and re-engagement sequences 
      • Develop automated workflows for webinar promotion, event marketing, service promotion and content distribution 

      • Implement progressive profiling and dynamic content strategies 

      Database Management & Segmentation: 

        • Manage email databases and ensure data hygiene across systems 

        • Create sophisticated audience segments based on demographics, behavior, and engagement 
        • Implement list growth strategies and lead magnet campaigns 
        • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations 
        • Monitor deliverability rates and manage sender reputation 
        • Automate outbound marketing efforts 

        Performance Analytics & Optimization: 

          • Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) 
          • Identify optimization opportunities and implement continuous improvements 

          • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues 

          Integration & Technical Management: 

            • Integrate email platforms with CRM systems, landing pages, and analytics tools 
            • Manage technical aspects of email setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records) 
            • Coordinate with web developers for landing page integration 

          Strategy & Execution: 

            • Implement email marketing best practices 
            • Ideation with managers for email marketing initiatives 

            • Campaign ownership

          Required Qualifications:

          Experience & Skills: 

            • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation 
            • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and other marketing platforms is must 
            • Hands-on experience with email service providers (Mailchimp, Active CampaignSendy etc.) 
            • Proven track record of improving email performance metrics and ROI 
            • Experience managing B2B email campaigns 

          Technical Competencies: 

            • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and workflows 
            • HTML/CSS skills for email template & landing page customization  
            • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis 
            • Understanding of CRM and lead management processes 

          Analytical & Strategic Skills: 

            • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data 
            • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and behavioral targeting 
            • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements 
            • Strategic thinking for long-term campaign planning and optimization 
            • Open to learn & adapt new tools & technologies quickly 
            • Understanding of inbound and outbound email marketing strategies

          Preferred Qualifications:

          Certifications: 

            • HubSpot Email Marketing Certification (required) 
            • HubSpot Marketing Hub Software 
            • Additional email marketing or automation platform certifications 

          Industry Experience: 

            • Agency environment experience is an add-on 
            • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and lead nurturing 
            • Experience with event marketing and webinar promotion campaigns 

          Advanced Skills: 

            • Experience with advanced personalization and dynamic content 
            • Familiarity with sales enablement and lead handoff processes 
            • Experience with international email marketing and compliance
