  • Exempted by confirmation of exemption from registration or notification. (Example, polymer exemption, etc.) 

Furthermore, this webinar will cover non-isolated and isolated intermediates that are technically secured to prevent leaks, highlighting how they meet exemption criteria. Export-focused chemicals, whether manufactured or imported, and substances treated on the surface will also be examined for their exemption qualifications.
