Session 1: How to comply with chemical regulations in China?  

The Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substance (MEE Order 12) which is also known as 'New China REACH' has been carried out for over 2 year and it has raised the concern of companies related to China's chemical supply chain including overseas exporters, domestic importers and manufacturers. For overseas exporters, apart from MEE Order 12, the hazardous chemical management and registration needs to be focused on as well including SDS and label which meets the requirements. As the monitoring is getting stricter, this webinar will guide you on compliance strategies and how to access China chemical market.

Session 2: China's Cosmetic Ingredient Compliance  

China is the world's largest market and factory for cosmetic products, which makes China the most active country for cosmetic ingredients trading. 2021 witnessed several big changes in cosmetic-related regulations in China. In particular, the overarching cosmetics regulation, the Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR) entered into force.  

This webinar will introduce the compliance strategies for cosmetic ingredients entering China under CSAR, e.g., new cosmetic ingredients (NCI) registration and notification, and existing ingredient code application on the CFDA portal.
