Regulatory Advisor  

Global Product Compliance (GPC) is seeking for Regulatory Advisor with the expertise in Chemical to join our regulatory team. GPC’s extensive experience in regulatory compliance services started with EU REACH but our large client base has motivated us to venture into every new regulation that has emerged over the past few years like Cosmetics Regulations (EU, India and the USA), Korea and Turkey REACH, and the regulations in the UK, Eurasia, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, China, US, Canada, Latin America etc. 

Your Role:  

• Be the regulatory advisor for existing and upcoming chemical regulations: consultancy, registration, renewals 

• In Projects, provide regulatory advice and guidance on chemical regulations (Procedure and Documentation Requirement) 

• Identify potential regulatory needs and propose business strategies 

• Regular communication with Environmental Authorities 

• Function as the Regulatory expert in in-house projects 

• Search Regulatory Updates via various portals and summarize and author the information to the regulatory intelligence portal. 

• Convey complex regulatory requirements and content in a clear and structured manner 

• Be speaker of webinars and external events 

Your Profile:  

• Advanced degree in a science (chemical) related field and/or other appropriate knowledge/experience 

• At least 2 years experience in regulatory affairs in the field of chemicals, cosmetics, biocides, Plant Protection Product (PPP), Food Contact Materials (FCM), etc. 

• Excellent writing skills in English, ability to summarize and convey text in clear and structured manner 

• Strong Project Management Skills 

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment 

• Self-starter personality 

• Ability to make tight deadlines while maintaining high quality 

• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably also in Spanish 

• Familiar with chemical associations or regional development in South America (Extra merits)
