With the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (MEE Order No. 12) and the “Guidelines for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances” was implemented on January 1st, 2021. MEE Order No. 12 replaced the former MEE Order No. 7. It aims to standardize the registration of new chemical substances and reduce industries’ burden to meet the regulatory requirements in China.
