Post-DUIN Registration deadline for substances above 1000 tonnes per year, as well as CMR substances (1 tonne or more per year), substances very toxic to aquatic organisms (100 tonnes or more per year) and candidate list substances (as at 31 December 2020.)
Non-GB based manufacturers of an EU REACH-registered substance must submit a Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) to maintain access to the GB market while deferring the registration of their substances.
In order to qualify for DUIN the non-GB manufacturer must have exported the registered substance to GB somewhere between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2020.
