Uk Regulations Deadlines

GB-based holders of existing EU REACH registrations need to complete the "grandfathering" before 30 April 2021. Non-GB based manufacturers must submit a DUIN to maintain their access to the GB market before 27 October 2021.

Start of Notification: The UK is currently into an 11-month transition period with the EU and it would exit the transition period on 31st December 2020. UK REACH will come into effect from 1st January 2021.

Post-DUIN Registration deadline for substances between 1 and 100 tonnes per year.
