KOSHA MSDS (New) / KOSHA MSDS
For an MSDS newly prepared, a person who intends to manufacture or import classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS prior to manufacturing or import.
KOSHA MSDS Existing Substance less than 1 TPA
For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. For less than 1 tpa, it is by 16 January 2026.
