Post-DUIN Registration deadline for substances between 100 and 1000 tonnes per year, and candidate list substances (as at 27 October 2023.)
For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. If a person manufactures or imports more than 1000 tons per year(tpa), an MSDS should be submitted by 16 January 2022.
