The Ministry has introduced separate deadlines depending on the tonnage band and hazard classification, first deadline being 31st of December, 2026. Please refer to GPCGateway for more information on the new deadlines.

Registration deadline for substances:

  • More than 1000 tons per annum
  • More than 100 tons per annum if they are aquatic chronic/acute 1 category
  • More than 1 ton per annum if they are CMR 1A/B

 

 

Registration deadline for substances with more than 100 tons per annum volume

Registration deadline for substances that have a volume more than 1 ton per annum

Deadline for lead registrants to submit temporary registrations in case they cannot access the pre-generated dataset for the substance due to various justifications.

Deadline for joint registrants to submit temporary registrations the pre-generated dataset for the substance cannot be accessed by the lead registrant due to various justifications.
