Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 - substances (allergens) that are listed in Annex II & III may not be used as ingredient in cosmatic products that are on EU market (deadline 22nd Aug. 2021)
For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. For 10-100 tpa, it is by 16 January 2024.
