• Thailand's Hazardous Substance Act and classification-based control system
• Indonesia's Government Regulation No. 74/2001 and cross-ministry regulatory responsibilities
• Malaysia's CLASS Regulations and GHS implementation under the Occupational Safety and Health framework
• Vietnam's landmark Law on Chemicals No. 69/2025/QH15, in force since 2026, and its implementing decrees
• Singapore's control-based model under the Environmental Protection and Management Act and SS 586
• The Philippines' RA 6969, the PICCS inventory, and the Pre-Manufacture and Pre-Importation Notification system
