Compliance Process Under Ukraine REACH

With the recent adoption of Resolution No. 847 by the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, new Technical Regulations on the Safety of Chemical Products (UA REACH) will take effect on January 26, 2025. These regulations align Ukraine’s chemical safety standards with the EU, introducing crucial requirements for the registration and management of chemical products.
During this session, we’ll cover:
- Key deadlines for UA REACH compliance:
- October 1, 2026: Registration for substances >1000 TPA, hazardous substances >1 TPA, and substances toxic to aquatic life >100 TPA.
- June 1, 2028: Registration for substances 100-1000 TPA.
- March 1, 2030: Registration for substances 1-100 TPA.
